GeoCoPS(3.0) runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. To install the program, the user must have access as an administrator.  While older installations may still run on earlier operating systems, the software may stop running on newer operating systems due to changes in security constraints. Software purchased prior to 2020 is no longer supported. 

Use of GeoCoPS must be licensed. GeoCoPS runs only if a hardware device (key or dongle) is connected to a USB port.  It will not run remotely. This device is provided with the software and it constitutes a license. Losing this device is equivalent to losing a license.

Each copy of GeoCoPS has its own unique license number.
